How we work?



Step one

Call 0800 019 8950 or 0798 42 77614, or fill out an application form and provide details of your property

Step two

We will then arrange a time that is convenient for yourselves to view your property and to further discuss your requirements

Step three

We will calculate approximately the value of your property and you will normally receive our offer to purchase your property within 24 hours of our viewing. If your property needs a lot of modernisation we may return shortly to view it with a contractor.

Step four

When you accept our offer, we can begin the legal side and depending the property we can exchange contracts immediately and complete on a date that is convenient for you. We will even pay your legal fees for you!

Please note we can also offer you a sale and rent back scheme were we will let the property back to you as our tenant.
